Do You Feel Like You Deserve An
Invitation To The National Championship
Barbecue Cookoff?

TO RECEIVE AN INVITATION 
TO THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP 
BARBECUE COOKOFF: 

The Cooking Team must have been an entry in a Barbecue Cookoff held any place in the United States, and received lst, 2nd or 3rd place in either Beef Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, Pork Shoulder or Chicken Breast within the last 12 months preceding the National Championship Barbecue Cookoff that is at present time held the last weekend in August. The cookoff that you placed 1st - 3rd in must have had at least 10 cooking teams entered in the cookoff. This cookoff must be reported to the office of the National Championship Barbecue Cookoff before the last week-end in August. The cookoff should be reported to the NCBC by the person or organizations holding the cookoff.
